Awarded to Tamara Vasilievna Seredova (Тамара Васильевна Середова)
Made of silver and enamels. It measures 37.47 mm in width, 48.14 mm in height and weighs 36.1 grams without its suspension.
In great condition with most gold plating present. Its details are crisp on even the raised areas and there have been no repairs. Both sides show relatively few dings and scratches and the red, blue and white enamels are extremely well preserved. The order comes with its original double layer suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
Its accompanying award booklet is in equally nice condition with all pages present and contains an original picture of Seredova. It is dated 28 February 1974.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
