Comes with its award document to Corporal Vasily Kuzmich Babichev (Василий Кузьмич Бабичев)
Made of brass. It measures 32.05 mm in diameter; 37.63 mm in height including its eyelet and the medal weighs 16.2 grams (not including its suspension).
In nice, about average condition with most details visible and some of the original luster present. The double layer suspension is is time period to the medal. The ribbon is old and shows some wear and stains so we offer a new ribbon for those who you want.
The accompanying document is in decent but worn condition with both pages firmly attached to each other. It is numbered A 240080 and dated 27 April 1946
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the battle of Budapest between 20 December 1944 and 15 February 1945.
