Medal for the Capture of Königsberg
Variation 1 with a separately soldered eyelet to the medal
Made brass. Measures 32.12 mm in width, 37.40 mm in height and weighs 16.1 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with crisp details and light overall wear. Much of the original gold luster is still present on both sides and the medal comes with a brass suspension.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Königsberg between 23 January and 10 April 1945.
