Brief and specific description of the personal feat or merits:
He participated in the fight against the Germano-Fascist invaders during the Patriotic war since June 1941 on the Leningrad front. In the regiment since February 1942. He has been a participant of all the regiment engagements, in which he proved himself as courageous and decisive warrior. He lead by example drawing the other soldiers into the action, which assisted the achievement of the combat objectives. In combat during the Patriotic war he sustained four wounds, two of which were severe. He is recommended for the order of GLORY III CLASS.
