Made of solid silver. Measures 37.50 mm in diameter and 42.18 mm in height (including the eyelet) and it weighs 25.9 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in worn but decent condition with most details still visible and a light patina on both sides. The lacquer filling the letters is mostly worn off but a fair amount is still present although covered with some dirt. Its connection ring has not been cut and double layer steel suspension and old ribbon are time period to the medal.
