Variation 1b with a ‘Long Horizon’
Made of brass. Measures 32.16 mm in width, 37.72 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 17.4 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with most details perfectly visible and light overall wear. Both sides show several dings and scratches but none distracting from the overall appeal of the medal. The medal comes with a correct time period suspension and old ribbon. Its connection ring has been cut.
Awarded to all Soviet military and civilians who participated in the defense of Leningrad between September 1941 and January 1944.
