Medal for the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945
Variation 3 with a flat and round eyelet struck as part of the medal
Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.30 mm in diameter, 37.30 mm in height and weighs 17.3 grams without its suspension.
In nice condition with its details perfectly visible and light overall wear and most gold plating present on it obverse. Its reverse shows more wear and some corrosion. The medal comes with a time period brass suspension.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who were on active service during The Great Patriotic War (Military service of 3 months or civil service of 6 months). Also awarded to some allied forces such as the post 9 September 1944 Bulgarian Armed Forces.
