Made of silver and enamels. The medallion portraying the woman and child measures 29.71 mm in width, 41.11 mm in height and weighs 21.7 grams.
This order is excellent, well above average condition. The details are perfect on both sides and the blue, red and white enamels are flawless on both the suspension and the medal itself.
This decoration was awarded to all mothers bearing and raising 8 children. It was awarded at the first birthday of the last child. Children who had perished under heroic, military or other respectful circumstances were also counted.
