Made of brass. Measures 32.00 mm in width, 36.95 mm in height including the eyelet and weighs 16.4 grams without its suspension.Ā
This medal is in decent, about average condition with medium overall wear. Both sides show several dings but the details on both sides are mostly visible. The medal comes with a late soviet aluminium suspension and its connection ring has been cut.
Awarded to all Soviet military and civilians who participated in the defense of Stalingrad between July and November 1942.
