Made of silver and enamels. Measures 37.89 mm in width, 51.06 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 35.4 grams without its suspension.
In excellent, well above average condition with most gold plating still present and its details perfectly crisp. Even the higher laying parts like the wreath and the hammer and sickle are with light wear only. The red, white and blue enamels have been extremely well preserved without any scratches, chipping or repairs. Its reverse is in equally nice condition and shows a medium patina to the silver. The order comes with its correct double layer suspension and old ribbon. Its connection ring has not been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
