Made of silver and enamels. It measures 36.79 mm in width, 47.28 mm in height and weighs 36.0 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with most gold plating present. The details are all crisp and there have been no repairs. The red, blue and white enamels are well preserved and problem free and its connection ring has not been cut. The order comes with a late soviet single layer aluminium suspension.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
