Made of silver and enamels. It measures 37.09 mm in width, 47.56 mm in height and weighs 35.7 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with a fair amount of gold plating still present. The details are all crisp and there have been no repairs. The red, blue and white enamels are well preserved and without chips or scratches. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with a single layer steel suspension.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
