Description
Soviet Medal for the Restoration of the Black Metallurgy Enterprises of the South
Made out of gilded brass. Measures 32.28 mm in diameter, 37.34 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 16.4 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent condition with all details crisp and a fair amount of gold plating still present. The higher laying parts show light wear and both sides have relatively few dings or scratches.
Awarded to Soviet workers of outstanding performance in restoring the Black Metallurgic Enterprises of the Soviet Union which were destroyed during the Great Patriotic War.
