Description
Soviet medal for the Capture of Königsberg variation 2
Made out of gilded brass. Measures 32.15 mm in width, 37.53 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 17.0 grams without its suspension.
This medal is in decent condition with medium to strong overall wear but with a fair amount of details still visible. The brass suspension is time period to the medal as is its ribbon.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Königsberg between 23 January and 10 April 1945.
