Awarded to Grigory Nikolaevich Kondratenko (Григорий Николаевич Кондратенко)
In the 1st Infantry Division of the Internal Troops of the NKVD
Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.19 mm in diameter, 37.48 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 16.6 grams without its suspension.
This medal is in excellent condition with crisp details and light overall wear only. Both sides show few dings and scratches and a fair amount of the original gold plating is still present. The double layer steel suspension is time period to the medal and its connection ring has not been cut.
Its accompanying document is in used condition and is dated 29 October 1944 and numbered P 030276. It is signed by the Lieutenant Colonel Bogachevsky of the 1st Infantry Division of the Internal Troops of the NKVD
