Variation with a flat eyelet
Made of solid silver and enamels. Measures 34.17 mm in width, 39.12 mm in height including the eyelet and weighs 22.4 gram without its suspension.
The medal is nice condition with light wear only and problem free enamels. There are several small dings and scratches on both sides but nothing disturbing from the overall look of the medal. Its connection ring has been cut and the medal comes with its time period brass suspension. Both sides show some white dirt which can easily be removed.
Its accompanying booklet is in decent condition and shows a picture of what presumably is Likhatsky on its first page. All pages are still firmly attached and the booklet is dated 1 June 1949.
