Scarce variation with a stamped mint mark
Made of solid gold, silver and enamels. It measures 31.07 mm in height including its eyelet and 27.59 mm in width. It weighs 12.3 gram without and 16.6 gram with suspension. This variation has a stamped mint mark and a hand engraved serial number at the 6 o’clock position of its reverse. The front of the medal shows a solid gold star on a silver background. The suspension is authentic to the medal and measures 25.78 mm in width. The minimum number of this variation range is apx 5000 and the maximum is 10000 so only 5000 of these were produced.
The order is in great condition with crisp details. The enamels are free from flaking and show some small dings and contact marks only. The connection ring between the suspension and the medal has not been cut and the stickpin is fully functional. There have been no repairs and the gold star is no replacement.
