Made of silver and enamels. Measures 38.43 mm in width, 48.94 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 36.7 grams without its suspension.
In a worn but condition with much gold plating present. The details are crisp and there have been no repairs. The red enamel shows some flaking on the top banner and the bottom star but is without repairs. The blue and white enamels are problem free and the order comes with a time period suspension and old ribbon. Its connection ring has not been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
