Made of silver and enamels. Measures 46.18 mm in width, 48.25 mm in height and weighs 21.3 gram without its suspension.
In excellent, well above average condition with crisp details and relatively few dings and scratches to the silver. Even the higher laying parts like the tower and wreath show almost no wear. The red enamels are beautiful and without chipping or repairs. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with a time period ribbon and suspension.

Sr. Sergeant Zvyagintsev Ivan Zakharovich participated in the battles against the Nazi invaders in the rank of the commander of the unit of the 76 mm cannon of the 76th Guards Rifle Regiment of the 39th Guards Rifle Division of the 2nd Ukrainian Front.
In the battles near the city of Kecskemét (Hungary) in November 1944, when repulsing a counterattack, he destroyed 3 tanks with their crew, and scattered the attacking submachine gunners along with the tanks. December 4, 1944 when crossing the river Danube, his crew destroyed one machine-gun and one artillery firing point, and removed the observation post on the church beyond the river and a boat with enemy infantry, which themselves contributed to the fulfillment of the combat mission of the entire unit.
On December 6, during an offensive near the city of Budapest, he was seriously wounded in the left brachial plexus of the left arm and the left half of the chest, as a result of which he received the status of a disabled person class 2.
