Made of silver and enamels. Measures 45.90 mm in width, 48.41 mm in height and weighs 22.3 gram without its suspension.
In excellent, well above average condition with crisp details and relatively few dings and scratches to the silver. Even the higher laying parts like the tower and wreath show almost no wear. The red enamels are beautiful and without chipping or repairs. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with a time period ribbon and suspension.
Short translation of the research:
25.07.1944 in battles for village Sapoguv, comrade Chaichuk with his mortar unit was providing successful movement of the platoon and capture firing line. When enemy made counter-attack, he let them came closer and in distance of 30 meters, he opened fire on the German soldiers, counter attack was repelled. In the battles of 27.07.1944 comrade Chaichuk with his machine gun unit, eliminated 2 machine gun nests with enemy soldiers, and thus provided successfully continue of moving of the Red Army.
