Soviet Medal for Bravery #1797301
Made of solid silver and lacquer. The medal for Bravery measures 37.38 mm in diameter and 2.58 mm in thickness. The height of the medal is 42.27 mm including the eyelet and it weighs 28.2 gram without its suspension.
In excellent, above average condition with its details present. Even the higher laying parts like the rivets on the side of the tank and the canons are perfectly visible. Almost all of the original red lacquer is still present which is unusual for war time Bravery Medals. The medal comes with its time period suspension and old, worn ribbon. Its connection ring is not authentic to the medal.
Probably awarded during the winter of 1944-1945 so with nice research potential
