Less seen variation with a slim neck at the bottom of the eyelet, small number engraving and a ‘frost’ relief on its reverse
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 41.17 mm in width, 47.27 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 35.6 gram without its suspension. The lowest known serial number range for this variation is 34051 and the highest is 45197. With a production of just over 10,000 pieces, this is a relatively scarce variation.
This order is in excellent, above average condition with flawless enamels. All details are crisp and there are few dents or scratches. The order shows an appealing dark patina on both sides. The suspension is correct and time period to the order and its connection ring is has not been cut.
A stunning piece, hard to upgrade
Closely modeled on the Order of Glory this order was awarded for labor achievements. In the same way as the Order of Glory, it was divided in three classes, with a person receiving the third degree first. It also gave a certain number of material benefits to their owners such as an increased pension raises and free public transport.Â
