Soviet Voroshilov Marksman badge, NKVD issue #9257
This badge is made of silver- and bronze plated steel and enamels. It measures 52.94 mm in height, 43.85 mm in width (at its widest point including the banner) and weighs 14.1 gram without its screwplate. Its serial number can be found at the bottom of its reverse.
The badge is in a superb, well above average condition with all details crisp and flawless enamels. Much silver plating on both sides is still present and even the higher laying parts show little wear. Its screw has not been shortened and there have been no repairs. The screwplate is time period to the badge.
Beautiful and rare badge. Next to impossible to upgrade
