Description
Soviet Medal for the Capture of Vienna variation 2 with a U-shaped eyelet
Including its document awarded to sergeant Pavel Timofeevich Sudin (Павел Тимофеевч Судьин)
Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.10 mm in diameter, 36.87 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 17.1 gram without its suspension.
In great condition with most details still present. Much gold plating has worn off but the reverse still shows a fair amount left. The brass suspension is time period to the medal and its connection ring has been cut.
Its accompanying document is in decent but worn condition and is numbered A 200389 and dated 20 October 1946.
