Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.23 mm in diameter and weighs 16.5 gram without its suspension.
This Soviet medal for the Defense of Moscow is in excellent condition with crisp details and much gold plating present. The brass suspension is time period to the medal and its connection ring has not been cut.
Awarded to all Soviet military and civilians who participated in the defence of Moscow between 19 October 1941 and 25 January 1942.
