Made of solid silver and enamels. It measures 32.23 mm in diameter, 37.22 mm in height (including the eyelet) and it weighs 17.76 gram.
This medal for Military Merit medal is near mint condition with the details crisp. Even the higher laying parts on its obverse show no wear. The obverse of the medal shows no dings or scratches either and the enamel is all present and flawless. Its connection ring has not been cut and the brass suspension is time period to the medal.
This military medal awarded for “combat action resulting in a military success”; “courageous defense of the state borders”; or “successful military and political training and preparation”. Also awarded for 10 years of service prior to the creation of the long service awards.
