Order of Maternal Glory 1st class; made of gold plated silver and enamels. Measurements of the medal without suspension; 29.52 mm in width; 41.19 mm in height and weighs 20.9 gram.
The order is in excellent, well above average condition. The details are perfectly visible and the enamel on both the medal and suspension is flawless. All gold plating is still present and both sides show a nice medium dark patina.
This decoration was awarded to all mothers bearing and raising 9 children. It was awarded at the first birthday of the last child. Children who had perished under heroic, military or other respectful circumstances were also counted.
