Made of silver and enamels. Measurements (excluding its suspension); 29.72 mm in width; 41.13 mm in height and it weighs 20.8 gram.
This order is a nice, above average condition. The details are perfect on both sides and the blue, red and white enamels on the medal itself are problem free. The enamels on the suspension have some minor cracks but none penetrating the silver.
This decoration was awarded to all mothers bearing and raising 8 children. It was awarded at the first birthday of the last child. Children who had perished under heroic, military or other respectful circumstances were also counted.
