Soviet medal for the Capture of Königsberg variation 3
Variation 3 with a round eyelet struck as part of the medal
Made out of gilded brass. Measurements; 32.19 mm in width, 37.35 mm in height including its eyelet and 15.8 gram in weight.
This medal is in pristine condition with crisp details and most plating still present. The brass suspension is time period to the medal.
Beautiful piece and hard to upgrade!
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Königsberg between 23 January and 10 April 1945.
