Made of silver and enamels. Measurements; 36.79 mm in width; 47.58 mm in height and weighs 35.1 gram.
This original order of the Red Banner of Labor is in great condition with all gold plating present. The details are all visible and there have been no repairs. The blue and white enamels are flawless as is the red enamel on the top red banner. The enamel on the little red star at the bottom however has a small superficial chip. Its original double layer suspension is time period to the order and its connection ring has not been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
