Medal for Distinguished Labor #45548
Scarce numbered WW2 specimen
Made of solid silver and enamels. Measures 32.12 mm in diameter and 37.33 mm in height (including the eyelet). The eyelet is 5.18 mm wide and the medal weighs 16.2 gram without its suspension. The reverse shows the stamped letters ‘No’ followed by the hand engraved serial number ‘45548’. The minimum known medal number is 32652 and the maximum is 76439.
In excellent, well above average condition with its details crisp and few traces of wear. The enamels have been well preserved without flaking or repairs. The medal comes with its correct double layer steel suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
