Variation without a mint mark and a ‘trench’ shaped reverse
Excellent research potential
Made of solid silver, gold and enamels. The order weighs 23.6 grams without its screwplate and measures 46.31 mm in height and 44.13 mm in width. Produced by the Moscow Mint (MMD) features a distinctive trench shaped reverse and lacking mint mark. The serial number for this variation ranges between 170052 and 180520.
In above average condition with light to medium overall wear. The details of the silver base are well preserved although both sides show several dings and small scratches. The red and white enamels are problem free and without repairs. The gold hammer and sickle is still firmly attached and the order comes with its original, time period and well fitted silver screwplate. Its screw has not been shortened.
