Soviet Medal for Valiant Labor in Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Lenin
Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.33 mm in diameter; 37.24 mm in height (including the eyelet) and it weighs 18.0 gram without its suspension.Â
The medal is in decent condition with its details visible and a fair amount of gold plating still present although most is worn off. It comes with its original time period suspension.
Awarded to skilled workers, farmers and scientists who displayed the highest examples of work. “To those who took an active part in the struggle for the establishment of Soviet power, or to protect the homeland, or who have made a significant contribution to their work in the building of socialism in the USSR, who helped the party to educate the younger generation by their personal example and social activities.”
